Ryncavage Addresses Vandalism at District Office
February 21, 2025
HARRISBURG - Rep. Alec Ryncavage (R-Luzerne) today issued the following statement regarding the vandalism perpetrated earlier this week against his district office in Nanticoke.
“Late Wednesday night, an unidentified male attempted to ignite and throw two firebomb-like devices at my legislative district office. Our complex shares walls with a family-owned pharmacy, a family-owned physical therapy office, and we have neighbors right across the street. Sadly, someone wanted to light it all on fire.
“This is concerning for my constituents, my staff and the community. Thankfully, no one was injured.
“I want to thank the Nanticoke Police Department, Pennsylvania State Police, and District Attorney Sam Sanguedolce for their work on this case, and I hope it’s an isolated incident.
“If anyone has any information, I ask that they reach out to the Nanticoke Police Department at 570-735-2200.”
